India Post Payments Bank (IPPB) is proud to announce its participation in the Reserve Bank of India’s (RBI) Financial Literacy Week (FLW) 2026, running from February 9 to 13, 2026.
The theme for 2026 is "KYC – Your First Step to Safe Banking," highlighting the critical role that "Know Your Customer" protocols play in maintaining a secure and resilient financial ecosystem.

In alignment with the RBI, IPPB is dedicated to spreading awareness on several vital topics throughout the week:

- Central KYC (CKYC): Highlighting the benefits and ease of using CKYC for seamless financial transactions.
- Fraud Prevention: Providing essential precautions against fraudulent KYC-related calls, messages, and suspicious links.
- Safety Against Exploitation: Cautioning the public against the risks of becoming "money mules".
